Celanese Emulsion Polymers is a leading producer and marketer of synthetic latex polymers including PVAc, VAE, Acrylic and Styrene Acrylic. Our emulsions have been specified into many of the leading glass fiber manufacturing recipes for decades. We also offer a range of specialty natural polymers (starches) for the glass fiber industry.

Our synthetic polymer dispersions provide enhanced performance properties for glass fiber primary sizing and as binders for chopped strand mats. Vinamul®, Mowilith® and Vinacryl™ products are widely used to bind and/or impregnate technical textiles (scrims, cloth, etc.), tissue and veil. Celanese Emulsions also offers products for sizing and treatment of natural, carbon and other specialty fibers.
