of responsibility and experience.

main components of our rewards systems are base salary and bonus. Your position, responsibilities and
individual performance determine your base salary.
Your bonus is dependent
on two factors—your performance and the company's performance. The first part of your bonus is partially
determined by the overall company's performance for the year. The other part of your bonus is determined
by your individual performance for the year. If you and the company make or exceed the goals that were
set for the year, you will be rewarded.
